Can I cancel or change order?

Once an order has been placed, we usually only have around 15 minutes to cancel it. Please keep in mind that any cancellation requests received outside of these hours will not be processed. We usually recommend calling us if you need to cancel an order because we may not be able to respond to your email right immediately.

What is your return policy?

Are you unhappy with your purchase? It's no problem! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will promptly refund or swap it. Returns for exchange or refund must be received within 60 days of purchase, be in fresh, unused condition, and include all original product packing.

What are your payment options?

Accepts payments via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB), PayPal, online banking (Bancnet and MegaLInk), e-wallets (Gcash and Smart Money), and direct debit from banks.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are credited to your original payment method. If your original mode of payment is not accessible, we will give a shop credit refund. After a return arrives at our distribution facility, it may take 3 to 5 business days to process it. When your return is received, you will receive an email confirmation.
